🏙️ Same‑Day Delivery (Lagos Only)

• We offer same‑day delivery within Lagos for select orders.
• This service is available on request and subject to terms and conditions.
• Orders must be confirmed early in the day (before 12 PM).
• Delivery time depends on your location and rider availability.

Our pickup point is also available for customers who prefer in‑person collection at:

• 📍 Rollace Hotel, Ajao Estate, Lagos, Nigeria

🚚 Interstate Delivery

• We deliver across Nigeria, safely and reliably.
• Interstate dispatch days: Wednesdays & Saturdays
• Delivery timeframe: 3–8 business days after the package has been sent out
• Tracking details are shared once your order is shipped.
• Please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as logistics delays, weather, or holidays) may slightly extend delivery time.

💌 Order Processing

All orders are processed between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next working day.

💖 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your purchase! However, if there’s an issue, here’s how we handle it:

✅ Eligible Returns

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 3 days of receipt.
• Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

🚫 Non‑Returnable Items

• Accessories and limited‑edition items are final sale.
• We do not accept returns for items due to size, color, or personal preference unless the wrong item was sent.

💸 Refunds

• Refunds (where applicable) are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
