Welcome to Aesthetic Avenue (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using AestheticAvenue.ng (the “Website”) or purchasing from us through any platform (including Instagram or WhatsApp), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, placing an order, or interacting with us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase. By using our platform, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, sizing, and detailing may vary slightly due to lighting, display differences, or manufacturing variations. All items are limited edition, and availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made in full at checkout via the accepted payment methods displayed on our site.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Same-day delivery is available within Lagos on request, subject to terms and rider availability.
• Interstate orders are dispatched every Wednesday and Saturday.
• Delivery takes 3–8 business days after your order has been sent out.
• Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timelines depend on courier operations.
• Aesthetic Avenue is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen events.

For local pickups:

• 📍 Rollace Hotel, Ajao Estate, Lagos

6. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Orders placed after hours or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered! If there’s a problem:

• Only items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect are eligible for return.
• Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

• Hair accessories, jewelry, and intimate items
• Discounted or limited-edition items
• Items returned due to preference or minor color differences

Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AestheticAvenue.ng, including text, graphics, logos, product photos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Aesthetic Avenue. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written consent.

9. Communications

By contacting us via Instagram, WhatsApp, or email, you consent to receive messages from us related to your order, promotions, or updates. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays, courier errors, or lost packages once handed to logistics partners.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from customer misuse, neglect, or modification of purchased items.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Nigeria’s Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). We never sell or share your information with third parties without consent.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, logistics disruptions, or governmental restrictions.

Aesthetic Avenue reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Please review periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in competent courts within Lagos State.
